Description

Folios 367-368: Donald M'Leod, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. About the case of Copper Cook, born in Africa impressed on 26 November 1810 and the case of Hugh Matthews, calling himself Hugh Mattins, born in Dundalk, who was sent by the Magistrates of Liverpool.

Folios 369-370: enclosed with folios 367-368. Letter dated 28 November 1810 by William Lawson, Liverpool, to the Admiralty. ABout the case of Copper [Cook] and asks for his discharge.

Folios 371-372: enclosed with folios 367-368. Letter by Catharine Matthews, 44, Mersey Street to the Admiralty. Testifies about her son, Hugh Matthews.

Folio 373: enclosed with folios 367-368. Oath dated 29 November 1810 by Patrick Mathews and Michael Lacy before Thomas Golightly. About Hugh Matthews.
