Folios 365-366: James Murray, HMS Oberon, Sheerness. Advises that as his ship is not able to stow the usual boats he has returned the small cutter at Deal and obtained a gig in lieu. Asks for an order to support this action. Advises that Captain George Manners Sutton had stored the cutter in the Main Rigging to the detriment of her sailing capability.
