Folios 199-200: James Nasmyth Marshall, Southampton. Advises that William Smith Blackman was impressed out of a Brig at Redbridge by the Southampton Gang and had no papers and he informed Captain Kittoe that he had been a rope maker at Poole. Advises he is on board HMS Royal William.
