Description

Folios 217-218: Pulteney Malcolm, London. Has been asked to report how the articles mentioned in the enclosed papers [not present] were disposed of and states that by letter Sir Arthur Wellesley asked Malcolm to forward to him, Wellesley, thirty saddles and bridles. Malcolm directed Fleetwood, agent for Transports, to take them from one of the horse transports and put them on board one of the store ships that was to attend to the army. The equipment never came aboard HMS Donegal.
