Folios 563-564: Robert Mends, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. As requested in the letter of 13 [August 1807] sends a copy of his report dated 1 [August 1807]. [Followed by duplicate of folios 481-482]. John Roberts was allowed to procure substitutes, Dennis Murphy, Thomas Price and Richard Bell were discharged. The thought the cases of the Riggers had escaped their Lordships' attention so took the liberty in his letter of 9 [August 1807] to recommend them for consideration.
