Folios 166-167: George McKinley, HMS Lively, the Tagus. He wrote on 2 March in relation to the state of the enemy in Vigo. He has since received information that the line of Battleships which he mentioned lying above Rande Castle was the furthest of the 3 lying at Redondela. The frigate appears to be in a perfect state of Ordinary, protected by 5 gunboats.
