Folios 160-161: George McKinley, HMS Lively, the Tagus. reports that Lieutenant Marret, Commander of HMS Martial, proceeded to sea yesterday without letting Captain McKinley know, or paying respect due to him as Senior Officer of ships in the Tagus. Captain McKinley was with Lord Strangford at the time, and HMS Martial was already out of recall by a signal when he returned.
