Folios 152-153: George McKinley, HMS Lively, River Tagus. Reports that Daniel Fisher was discharged from HMS Lively and sent home in HMS Raven before receipt of today's letter commanding Captain McKinley not to discharge him. He was in such poor and declining health that he merited being invalided.
