Folios 119-120: George McKinley, HMS Lively, off the Rock of Lisbon. Reports that he anchored within the Bayonne Islands? on 23 February and saw a line of battleships lying above Rande Castle. A Quartermaster on HMS Richmond reports that 2 more Ships of the Line and a Frigate lie at Remondella [?Redondela] unrigged, with very few men aboard. He has seen no armed vessels in Vigo.
