Folios 149-150: Robert Moorsom, Prince of Wales Coffee House. Mr Campbell was not allowed to become a Lieutenant although he had passed his examination because an R was against his name when he was HMS Wolverine in 1790. He has been a good Midshipman and seems unlikely to have Run and he hopes this can be cleared up and a certificate given as he is too old for a Midshipman.
