Folios 145-146: Robert Moorsom, Prince of Wales Coffee House. The Victualing Office has objected to the fact that he issued a dram of whisky to HMS Revenge's company on 21 October 1805 off Cape Trafalgar because they were so fatigued.
Folios 147-148: enclosure with folios 145-146. Letter dated 7 January 1806 by C.Cunningham, Victualing Office to Graham Moore, HMS Revenge. The Office cannot allow the Purser to issue wine or whisky to the crew without an order from the Admiralty.
