Folios 214-215: Woodley Losack, HMS Isis, Margate Roads.
As ordered by Admiral William Otway he reports that he was unable to reach the Downs and so anchored in Margate Roads. He will proceed to the Downs the day following. On board is part of the contingent of sick army men from Flushing and he proved the numbers for four different regiments totalling two hundred and forty nine.
