Encloses the warrant for Daniel McNeil and asks for the appointment to be confirmed.
Folio 155: enclosure with folios 153-154. Admiral Samuel Rowley, on board HMS Shark, Port Royal, Jamaica, 5 April 1809 writes to Daniel McNeil, Boatswain's Mate, HMS Argo, appointing him Boatswain of HMS Griffon to replace Thomas Jackson who has been invalided.
