Folios 168-169: William Granville Lobb, HMS Pomone, in the Tagus above Fort St Julien. Reports that Lieutenant Charles Hunt having complained of his Sub Lieutenant for repeated Drunkenness. He had on Officer of HMS Pomone was sen on board HMS Hearty and confirmed the report. The Master of HMS Hearty being in a Prize has prevented his ordering him under Arrest.
