Folios 145-146: William Granville Lobb, HMS Pomone, Cascais Bay off the Rock of Lisbon. Covering letter for the enclosed letter from His Majesty's Consul General and two Protests against Lieutenant Hunt of HMS Hearty, also one from that Officer respecting his getting foul of a valuable Neutral Vessel from which accident she sunk. HMS Hearty received so much damage to oblige her going into Oporto where she remained fourteen days.

Folios 149-150: enclosure with folios 145-146. Letter dated 10 December 1805 by J Gambier, Consul General, Lisbon, to William Granville Lobb, HMS Pomone. Covering letter for the enclosed statements regarding Lieutenant Charles Hunt of HMS Hearty and the boarding of a vessel whilst HMS Hearty was under quarantine. Which caused the vessel Argo to be placed in quarantine when they were about to obtain Pratique in consequence they suffered a long quarantine by which they lost near three hundred pounds.
