Folios 100-101: William Granville Lobb, HMS Pomone, off Boulogne. Covering letter for the enclosed [not present] list of His Majesty's Ships and Vessels before Boulogne, and off Cape Grisnez [Cape Gris-nez]. The enemy force outside the Pier is:- Brigs 33, Luggers 30 & Sloops 1. The eleven Brigs that were under the necessity to bear up for Etaples a few days ago, returned yesterday.
