Folios 37-38: Woodley Losack, HMS Helena, Plymouth Sound. Understanding a new arrangement has taken place in respect of the Lieutenants of Sloops of War and that a sub Lieutenant is to be appointed in lieu of the 2nd Lieutenant. He request the appointment of Mr Edward Watson now on HMS Helena to that situation. He has served nine years and passed his examination two years since.
