Description

Folios 20-21: William Luke, Sea Fencibles, Falmouth. as directed in your letter dated 14 June 1805 he has examined Lieutenant Thomas Groube, and from the appearance of his present state of health and the opinion of the Surgeon who has attended him since his residence here. I thinks he is not fit for service at sea and he is unsure when he is likely to be.
