Folios 387-388: enclosure with folios 385-386. Letter dated 18 March 1804 by John Hicks, Surgeon, Havant. Certify that Thomas Lyne of Bosham Pound in the Parish of Huntington in Sussex, Captain in the Royal Navy, having been ill for two months past with a troublesome cough which continues will prevents him from accepting any offer of service.
