Folios 367-368: William Luke, Sea Fencibles, Falmouth. Reply to letter dated 21 September 1804 where you inform that Lieutenant Durham is to continue in the Sea Fencibles. He states that when he reported him fir for active Sea Service he had not been able to consult him and he later found out he had a hurt so he recommended him to obtain a Certificate form the Surgeon of HMS Tromp.
