Folios 251-252: John Wentworth Loring, HMS Utrecht, Downs. Reply to letter dated 17 February 1804, stating Michael Todd to have been"sent from HMS Utrecht to HMS Alonzo, with a charge of ten Shillings and three Pence against him, although no charge was sent with him from HMS Zealand" With their request that he accounts for making the charge. He states that John Todd was received on HMS Utrecht on 8 January 1804 from HMS Amelia (originally from HMS Zealand) with a charge of ten Shillings & three pence, and that he discharged on the 15 January 1804 into HMS Alonzo with the said charge against him.
