Advises that Thomas Jones and [James?] Jennings currently serving as Privates in the East London Regiment Militia have volunteered to serve as Seamen on board HMS Repulse. Asks for directions for their being sent to HMS Repulse after their discharge from the Regiment to HMS Enterprise.
