Folios 351-352: Arthur Kaye Legge, [HMS Repulse]. Advises that he will receive Mr. Mathews as Midshipman with pleasure when discharged from HMS Pylades.
Folios 353-354: enclosed with folios 351-352. Letter dated 12 September 1803 by Captain Alexander Saunderson Burrowes, HMS Pylades to the Admiralty. Advises he has no objection to the discharge of Mr. Mathews from HMS Pylades to HMS Repulse, as requested by his friend, Mr. Cranstoun.
