Folios 344-345: Arthur Kaye Legge, HMS Repulse, Woolwich. Advises that Henry Binger, currently serving in the East London Regiment of Militia, has applied to serve on board HMS Repulse, but the Commanding Officer of the Regiment has informed him that he cannot discharge him into any ship other than HMS Enterprise. Asks for directions to enable his discharge from HMS Enterprise into his ship.
