Folios 299-300: Thomas Lavie, Chatham. Advises that the Sea Fencibles on the River Medway are ready to be of service as required to act with the Army. Asks for an order to use the launches to enable the men to practice. Advises that at Rochester, 4 may be necessary, 2 at Queenborough and Maidstone and 1 at Gillingham.
