Advising that Lieutenant William Wade West, a member of his impress service, having been directed to go to Chatham to attend the court martial of Lieutenant Moore of the Royal Marine Artillery, had been obliged to borrow sufficient funds for the journey from him, and asks how they are to apply for reimbursement of this expense.
