Folios 120-121: Charles Thomas Jones, HMS Harrier, at sea. Advising that he had been sent two men by the British Consul, one of whom had volunteered for the Harrier. However he has now discovered they are both deserters from HMS Tyne - one of them, John Bell, has been discharged to HMS Newcastle by order of Captain Sir George Collier, while the other, Thomas Stephenson, he has sent into HMS Ariel, to rejoin his proper ship.
