Folios 101-102: William Rush Jackson, HMS Briseis, Greenock Roads. This is an exact replica of letter sent 20 March (fos 56-57, J29), saying that his corporal of marines, Thomas Kelson, has neglected his duty and disobeyed orders and he would like him disrated. Also to recommend Private John Jerratt for the post.
