Folios 16-17: James Jack, Dartmouth. Has received Admiralty letter of 23 January and advises that he has already paid the £1 commission to the Navy Board but will by this post ask the treasurer to pay it to their office. Asks again that he may have his pension paid by the Collector of Customs at Dartmouth, which is how he already received pay for the first half of the year.
