Reports the arrival at Spithead in HMS Superb with dispatches from Lord Collingwood addressed to the Admiralty which he sent to Admiral George Montague's [George Montagu's] Office. He encloses a copy of his orders for his return to England together with a list on Men Invalided from the different Ships under Admiral Lord Cuthbert Collingwood.

Mr Adair and Suite, 3 invalided from HMS Ocean, 7 Invalided from HMS Spartiate, 2 Invalided from HMS Canopus, 1 Invalided from HMS Malta a Midshipman, I Invalided from HMS Royal Sovereign - Lieutenant Shewen & 1 Man from HMS Canopus - discharged by Admiralty Order. In case of falling in with HMS Appolla [HMS Apollo?] you will take all her Prisoners to England:- as also such as may be at Gibraltar or in the fleet off Cadiz provided they do not exceed 200 in number. For the passage to Gibraltar or Fleet off Cadiz, Captain Irvine appointed to HMS Duchess of Bedford, Lieutenant Molesworth appointed to HMS Imperieuse.
