Folios 242-243: James Irwin, HMS Rinaldo, Northfleet. Covering letter for the enclosed Acting Order appointing William Connors as Gunner of HMS Rinaldo and request he be appointed Gunner.
Folios 244-245: enclosure with folios 242-243. Letter dated 16 September 1808 by Henry Edwyn Stanhope, Commander in Chief River Thame, to Mr William Connor. Letter appointing him Acting Gunner of HMS Rinaldo.
