Folios 238-239: James Irwin, HMS Rinaldo, Deptford. He reports that the Pilot is ordered to carry down HMS Rinaldo to Northfleet and that there are no Officers joined except the Boatswain, not even the Cook, the Carpenter does not mean to join at all. Requests they look at his situation and appoint Officers.
