Folios 207-208: Joseph James, HMS Kite, Chatham. His ship will soon be ready to go to the Nore. Requests them to appoint the Warrant Officers to take charge of their stores. Their letter of 22 [October 1805] informed him that William Peterson was appointed Boatswain of HMS Kite but he has not yet joined. They are missing a 2nd or Sub Lieutenant, a Boatswain and a Carpenter.
