Folios 203-204: Joseph James, HMS Meteor, St Helens. John Mundall, 1st Lieutenant had 3 weeks leave of absence granted and has exceeded his time as a result of an injury caused by a fall. He has produced a Surgeon's certificate [not present]. He was unaware of this he when he was made Run on the books on 4 January [1805]. He has returned to his duty. Requests the Run to be removed from his name.
