Folios 177-178: Nicholas Ingram, Sea Fencibles, Weymouth. Is sending a list of the Lieutenants under his command in the Sea Fencibles. Lieutenants Thomas Spearing Osmer, Benjamin Crispin, Charles Cumby and William Payne are fit service at sea. Lieutenant John Liddle has lost his left arm. Lieutenant Osmer was indicted at the last assizes at Dorchester for preventing an Officer from doing his duty and was found guilty and he understands he is to go to London to received the sentence of the court. Asks whether he may be permitted to go when he receives his summons without them being first informed.
