Folios 356-357: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Is sending a Sea Fencibles ticket for William Swain, now in HMS Utrecht, which Vice Admiral Holloway thinks is a forgery as the time and date are not limited. He was taken in a bawdy house after 11.00pm. he asks for orders about unlimited tickets.
Folio 358: enclosure with folios 356-357. Ticket dated 24 August 1803 by John Brine, Deputy Mayor, Maidstone. Printed ticket with description for William Swain from Maidstone.
