Folios 351-352: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Is sending papers about William Aldridge. The man was not employed in the fisheries but impressed out of a coaster in Dover.
Folios 353-354: enclosure with folios 351-352. Letter dated 1 July 1804 by C. Lavie, Chatham. William Aldridge, a Sea Fencible has permission to be absent from muster to follow the mackeral fishing off the Downs. He is impressed aboard HMS Leda so he asks for his release.
Folio 355: enclosure with folios 351-352. Letter dated 1 July 1804 by George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. William Aldridge a runaway from Isaac Phillips of Stroud in Kent, who was impressed by the desire of Isaac Phillips who delivered up his indentures that Aldridge might serve in the Navy.
