Folios 298-299: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Dennis July said to be American was impressed by Lieutenant Robileau [Ribouleau]from a ship from the West Indies. He volunteered and said he was Irish so he was sent to HMS Utrecht in the Downs.
Folio 300: enclosure with folios 298-299. Letter dated 10 March 1804 by John Ribileau [Ribouleau], Impress Service, Dover Rendezvous, to George Irwin. Dennis July was impressed from a West Indianman but he said he was a volunteer and a native of Ireland.
