Folios 280-281: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Is sending a letter about George Wigley's impressment. He did not have documentation as a Sea Fencible when impressed by Lieutenant Leavey.
Folios 282-283: enclosure with folios 280-281. Letter dated 2 March 1804 by J. L. Lavie, Chatham, to Mr Marsden. George Wigley is a Sea Fencible and always attends training. He belongs to the chartered fishing at Rochester. He is now on the HMS Royal William at Spithead.
Folios 284-285: enclosure with folios 280-281. Letter dated 5 March 1804 by James Leavey, Rendezvous, Ramsgate. George Wigley did not have any Sea Fencible tickets and did not say he was one when he was impressed.
