Folios 263-264: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Is sending the Press returns for 5 to 12 January 1804.
Folio 265: enclosure with folios 263-264. Letter dated 8 February 1804 by John Riboleau, [Ribouleau], Dover Rendezvous, Impress Officer. He impressed Richard Stephen another of the deserters from HMS Countess of Elgin and has sent him to HMS Utrecht in the Downs.
