Folios 199-200: Richard Jones, Sea Fencibles, Swansea. The apprentices and Mates have all been enrolled in the Sea Fencibles. William William is in the Rendezvous and John Edwards is aboard HMS Sea Flower.
Folios 201-202: enclosure with folios 199-200. Letter dated 6 March 1804 by John Rees to Richard Jones, Sea Fencibles, Swansea. A legal apprentice, John Edwards, has been impressed from by Lieutenant Owins of HMS Sea Flower on 17 February 1804. He was asked if he was a volunteer and, thinking it was for the Sea Fencibles, he said yes and was not released. He is an apprentice and a member of the Sea Fencibles and should be released.
