Folios 175-176: enclosure with folios 173-174. Letter dated 24 March 1804 by James Denham, Carpenter, to Theophilius Jones, HMS Queen, Portsmouth. Asks to go to London for a survey into his health. He is 60 and has been in the Navy for 28 years. His eyesight is poor and he has become too nervous to go to the masthead and he has bad asthma.
