Folios 347-348: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Covering letter for the enclosed letter from Lieutenant Francis Storey in answer to one he sent him urging his utmost endeavour to procure men for the Service.
Folio 349: enclosure with folios 347-348. Letter dated 22 July 1803 Lieutenant Francis Storey, Rendezvous, Folkestone. To George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal.Reply to letter dated 20 July 1803 enclosing a copy of one you have received from Mr Marsdon and am very sorry it has not been in his power to procure more men. [Gives reasons and mentions:-] Dungeness, Dover.
