Folios 339-340: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. States he has received a letter from the Commissioners of the Navy acquainting him that the Travelling Charges brought to account by Lieutenant Harry Dawe in the month of May at Margate and Lieutenant Samuel Price Leavey at Ramsgate cannot be allowed without an order from the Admiralty. Requests that orders be given for them to be paid.
