Folio 271: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Covering letter for the enclosed letter from Lieutenant Henry Rosher who has arrived here this morning as well as a certificate from the Acting Surgeon of Deal Hospital, who he ordered to examine him and as he does not appear to be sufficiently active for the Service he is appointed to, he requests another Lieutenant be appointed. He also reports that Lieutenant Harry Dawe arriver here this morning and that he will repair to his Rendezvous without delay.
Folio 272: enclosure [attached] with folio 271. Letter dated 13 April 1803 by George Fitzgerald, Acting Surgeon, Royal Deal Hospital, to George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Report on the health of Lieutenant Henry Rosher.
