Folios 269-270: George Irwin, Regulating Officer, Deal. Reports that on a change of wind, Ships from the Westward may in all probability make their appearance off this Port very soon and it is likely they may have a number of Pressable men on board. He requests they intimate what number of Men may be employed as Ticket Men in order to replace those who may be pressed out of the different Ships.He also reports that Lieutenant John Ribouleau, Lieutenant Henry Rosher and Lieutenant Harry Dawe have not yet made their appearance.
