Folios 223-224: Jonathan Joyce, HMS Discovery (Bomb [Vessel]), Woolwich. He reports the Purser of HMS Discovery, Mr Joseph Davie appearing in a dying state and quite incapable of attending his duty, he request he be surveyed. He also reports Mr Charles Fisher late Boatswain of HMS Mutine who was appointed to HMS Discovery on 25 May 1803 has not yet joined the ship.
