Description

Folios 94-95: Nicholas Ingram, Sea Fencibles, Weymouth. Reply to letter dated 6 August 1803 as directed he has visited the Coast of Dorset in his District and report that:- from Portland to Abbotsbury [Gives details of the type of Beaches along the coast]. [Table at the end of the letter with the distances between the different points:- Portland, Abbotsbury, Puncknole, Weymouth Castle, Bonlays[?], Lulworth Cove, East Lulworth, Kemridge [Kimmeridge Bay] & Chapman's Pool.

Folio 96: enclosure with folios 94-95. List of expenses £1 -15s -0d. [For the six men involved in the survey].
