Folios 567-568: George Jones, HMS Hunter, Falmouth. States that he has come into Falmouth as it is the most convenient port to send Mr Worsley - 1st Lieutenant, Mr Probert - Master, Mr Andrews - Gunner, John Williams and Isaac Cockburn - Seaman who have been called to give evidence in the trial of a smuggling vessel detained by him. He had been subpoenaed to attend but did not think should leave his station without Admiralty directions. Will remain at his station for further Orders or the return of his Officers when will continue with original Orders.
