Description

Folios 538-539: Ulick Jennings, HMS Woolwich, Long Reach. Encloses report of survey on the Boatswain of HMS Woolwich.

Folio 540: enclosure with folios 538-539. Survey carried out, in compliance with Admiralty Order, on William Curry, Boatswain of HMS Woolwich dated 7 June 1802. Found he was afflicted with rheumatism and deafness and consider him unfit for active service. Signed by [?] Thompson, Surgeon of Deptford Yard and Samuel Bromley, Surgeon of HMS Woolwich.
